The personal information collected on this form and on other documents relating to this application is collected in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and is governed by our Privacy Policy. The information we collect is used or disclosed to facilitate the sale or lease of a vehicle, to provide products and services related to a vehicle, to assist you in the financing or lease of a vehicle or to provide service to a vehicle that we cannot do without your personal information. We may also collect, use, or disclose your personal information to provide you with updates and information regarding products and services that we have to offer and which we think will be of interest to you.

You acknowledge reviewing our Privacy Policy at http://y7v.497.myftpupload.com/privacy-policy/ and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for all purposes relating to this application. If you do not want us to collect, use or disclose your personal information in a particular way, please contact our Group Privacy Officer at [email protected]. I agree to receive electronic communication from Legacy Auto Credit, including their dealerships and dealer affiliates, with emails containing warranty information, product recalls, service appointment reminders, special product or service discounts and promotions, special event invitations and any other information that may improve my complete ownership experience. DISCLOSURE & CONSENT

In this Credit Application, “you”, “your”, and “yours” mean the Applicant and each Co-Applicant. “We”, “us”, and “our” means Legacy Leasing Ltd O/A Legacy Auto Credit and any Financier. “Information” means personal, financial, credit and other details about you that you provide to us and/or that we obtain from others outside the organization, including through the products and services you use. “Manufacturer” means the manufacturer of the vehicle you are purchasing through this loan and its agents and suppliers.

You agree that Legacy Auto Credit may obtain, use and share Information set out in this Credit Application.

CONSENT TO OBTAIN, USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

1. You agree that, throughout our relationship with you, we may obtain, use and share Information about you with: you, credit reporting agencies, governmental agencies responsible for registration of vehicles and/or recording of driver’s license information, other lenders, other suppliers of goods and services to you, for the purposes of validating your identity, reviewing and verifying your creditworthiness.
2. You certify that all Information in this Credit Application is true, accurate and complete.
3. You authorize Legacy Auto Credit and/or its representatives or agents, by your acceptance of these Terms and Condition on the Application form, to conduct any and all checks with respect to your background. These checks will include but are not limited to Credit Bureau checks,  reference checks, financial checks, employment verification checks, driver’s license record information, and motor vehicle registration information. You authorize the Motor Vehicle Division and any other parties to release the information to Legacy Auto Credit and their agent.
4. Your acceptance has been given voluntarily.
5. You are informed and understand to what you are consenting.
6. The consent form is valid from today’s date, and remains in effect for two (2) years after acceptance.
