Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your mobile number and messaging data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
CASL Compliance (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation)
Legacy Auto Credit complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send commercial electronic messages (CEMs), including emails and SMS messages, to individuals who have provided express or implied consent in accordance with CASL.
If you have consented to receive communications from us, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@legacyautocredit.ca, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by using the unsubscribe link included in any email we send. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any messages sent prior to your withdrawal.
Exclusion of Liability
